Senior Interactive Producer

Who You Are:

You’re a seasoned leader in the digital space who excels in creating the bridge between the strategic business vision and the execution and delivery of quality digital products, spanning all aspects including creative concept and design, analysis, planning, IA, development, and quality control.  You handle the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns in the web and mobile arenas with ease, including complex websites, social media executions, mobile applications, and comprehensive email campaigns.  You can take a project from concept approval to completion on schedule and on budget, while meeting the expectations of the client and account team.  You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization skills.  You are dynamic, a great communicator, adaptable and highly organized.  You think laterally to exceed expectations.  You have a passion for mobile technologies & social media, are forward thinking and are constantly seeking to drive innovation, bringing industry knowledge to the table in relevant situations. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Day-to-day management of small- to large-scale digital projects, including detailed project plan maintenance and efficient resource allocation
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team (Sales, Business Analysts, IA, Design, Editorial, IT, and external vendors) to implement solutions
  • Deliver quality products on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations by evaluating the quality of deliverables from the cross-functional team throughout the process
  • Develop SOWs and high-level cost estimates
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity of robust client requirements documentation
  • Keep abreast of continual evolution of digital/marketing communications marketplace, both through work project demands and proactive exploration
  • Work closely with sales on new business development with clients – including understanding, supporting and developing online initiatives following client strategy meetings

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years successfully managing projects end-to-end in a digital environment - interactive agency experience preferable
  • Meticulously detailed-oriented and possessing the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, quickly process information, and maintain confidential information, with a dedication to ensuring quality of the client product
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on many projects concurrently and to tight deadlines, with a willingness to accept wide range of responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, independent worker and thinker with positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong web and technical knowledge as well as computer skills, particularly MS Project – prior experience as an Information Architect or Business Analyst desirable
  • Undergraduate degree
